About Jaime Moreira
With over 30 years of experience as an educator, I dedicated my career to teaching in Special Day Class (SDC) settings across grades 1–6. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a California Teaching Credential from Cal State Fullerton, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in History from Cal State Dominguez Hills. My work at Benjamin Franklin Elementary in the Anaheim Elementary School District focused on supporting students with special needs through individualized instruction, IEP development, and family collaboration.

I created SPEDGoals.com to provide educators with practical, legally defensible, and standards-aligned IEP goals—helping teachers save time, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most: their students’ growth and success.
